The Eight Biennial Swedish Association for American Studies (SAAS) Conference was held at Örebro University, Sweden, 26-27 September, 2014. The plenary speakers were Bo G Ekelund (Stockholm University), Cheryl Glenn (Penn State University), and Sharon Monteith (University of Nottingham).
